    What is intent data and how is intent used by Regie?

    Intent data is made up of buying signals that tell sellers whether an account is interested in your solution or not.

    Regie AI Agents use intent and signals data for the following actions:

    • Targeting - External intent signals are used for audience targeting and expansion
    • Message content - AI Agents can incorporate high intent keywords into dynamic messaging to drive relevancy
    • Touch pattern frequency - Intent scoring determines the timing intervals between dynamic task creation (Calls, Social Tasks, and Email)
      • E.g. Low intent means longer intervals between email sends and task creation; high intent and engagement means more frequent email sends and task creation

    Essentially, Regie Agents use intent to help prioritize the right leads at the perfect moment through the right communication channel and message, by identifying signals of interest.

    How AI Agents source different types of Intent Data:

    1. First-Party: Provided by Regie.ai, this type of data is collected from your digital properties, like your website (ex: prospects visiting your pricing page)
    2. Behavioral Intent: Provided by Regie.ai, AI Agents track a prospect’s engagement activities/actions while in sequence with the Agent (email opens and email clicks)
    3. Intent Platform Providers: Customers that are currently sourcing first-party and third-party data through intent provider partners like sixSense, Terminus, Metadata, Demandbase, can also have these insights leveraged by Regie.ai Agents (ex: 6QA score, keyword surges, etc.)

    How intent is calculated by AI Agents?

    • Prospect Intent Data - calculated by combining the prospect's engagement in the AI sequence with both first and third-party data, along with the Account's overall intent
    • Account Intent Data - derived from the Account's overall intent and the average prospect intent within the Account
